For this special summer ballet intensive with Clarence McDorman, a ballet teaching artist and choreographer based out of Greenville, SC, where he is Ballet Master for the International Ballet and on faculty with International Ballet Academy, teaching all levels of ballet technique, partnering, and male technique. He received his ballet training at the Ruth Page School in Chicago and danced professionally with Lyric Opera Ballet of Chicago, Ballet Hawaii, Nevada Ballet Theatre, and in numerous musical theatre productions around the country. Clarence has taught at Ballet Academy of Texas, Birmingham Ballet Academy, Ballet Indiana, and Texas Christian University. He has been a guest teacher throughout the U.S., notably for Interlochen Arts Academy and the American Ballet Theatre National Audition Tour. Clarence holds a Master’s degree in ABT Ballet Pedagogy from New York University and American Ballet Theatre.
